Cuecent FACTS is a web based application built on the latest J2EE technology. It has the ability to manage direct customer transactions through a web-based channel as well as walk-in transactions through retail branches.

FACTS is composed of a suite of modules that define and maintain the available financial products and aid in the fulfillment cycle. These modules include:

Front office – Used by the frontline staff of the financial institution to sell financial products / up sell / cross sell
Branch Back office – Used by the back office of the branch to update and verify transactions, stock maintenance of financial instruments, handle customer queries and generate approvals for exceptions.
Dealing Room – Used by the Treasury Department of the institution to update / upload rate details from providers like Reuters, taking deals to cover positions with local and foreign banks
Fund transfer – Used by the remittance department which collates all the MTs / TTs and sends it to the correspondent / beneficiary banks for fulfillment
Accounts – Used by the accounts department to maintain the fund positions with the local banks and also to approve and provide test keys to transactions that need to be remitted to correspondent banks, they can also reconcile local bank cheques
Help desk – Used to raise tickets on complaints on transactions form customers and banks like stop payments, unaccounted credits, which can be tracked to closure with an automated worklist feature
