Chennai: IT firm Bahwan Cybertek (BCT) today launched `Cuecent BPMS (business process management system), the next generation in software development, capable of reducing development time, manpower and cost by up to 40 per cent for its users.
Built on zero-coding based development environment, the Cuecent BPMS would revolutionize the BPMS space in India, said S Durgaprasad, CEO of Bahwan Cybertek, addressing a news conference here.
Oman-head quartered BCT, which has its biggest product development centre in Chennai with over 200 employees, has already won USD two million worth orders for the product from about five clients including the Bank of Muscat, he said.
"The product owes its uniqueness to its design and development. It works on flexible model to suit diverse industries," Durgaprasad said, adding that the product was an industry neutral product focusing on development solutions that can be easily customized.
S V Sriram, president, Bahwan Cybertek, said that the company by creating a zero-coding product, "will be able to help enterprises implement solutions in a faster and seamless manner with considerable cost optimization in terms of IT spends."
He said Cuecent BPMS was developed after through understanding of the technical and marketing issues. The product has been priced Rs 20 lakh for an organisation of five software developers and one central processing unit (CPU) and Rs one crore for unlimited developers and CPUs, Sriram said.
