Operation Module
- Vehicle Availability & Inspection: Tracks availability of vehicles from internal and external suppliers. Vehicle inspection details are generated for the purpose of quotation.
- Route Plan: Various route plans are generated for each vehicle.
- Driver Schedule: Availability and scheduling of drivers is made possible through this module.
- Vehicle Life Planner: The vehicle is tracked from it's purchase up to it's retirement. Vehicle's capacity utilization and related insurance costs are also maintained.
Maintenance Module
- Workshop: Maintains the list of vehicles currently under repair, ready for utilization, expected delivery period of repaired vehicles, spare parts & components.

- Contracts: Maintains the database of contracts with clients/vendors - including vehicle subcontractors and the reviews required.
- Purchase Order: Used not only to place hire orders for vehicles but also to generate Purchase Orders for generic item suppliers, captures the delivery date and the terms. Also caters for the different organisational requirements on purchase of necessary items.
- Costing: Generates cost planning for a particular contract, based on vehicle availability, route plan & capacity planning.
- Claims: Maintains the database for all claims that arise out of shipment and during transportation.
- Billing & Invoices: Provides a flexible online billing/invoicing to all contracts on a need-to-furnish basis.
- Quotation: Generates customised quotations for all contracts. This module has a provision of modifying/deleting quotation parameters.
- Order Entry: Maintains the sales order for booking vehicles against customer needs that can also be generated, based on quotations. This OE feature permits multi-company operations where the companies can be divided into divisions, and divisions into departments, while departments can have various locations.
