The product has required 100 person-years of effort for it's development.

Software Services: Through its global delivery model (combination of Onsite, Offsite and Offshore resources) BCT offer services such as Development Services, Systems Integration Services and Networking Services to its customers. A few key achievements of BCT in this area are:
- More than 50 Oracle e-Business Suite implementations for enterprises
- Over 100 consulting assignments in US and successful set ups over 14 B2B exchanges
- Key customers include leading Government Ministries and Departments, large corporate entities besides several globally known companies such as Capital One, Bank One, Hartford Financial Services, IBT and State Street.
Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES): Business Transformation Management
E-services: BCT understands that transforming to an e-Government takes more than converting legacy programs to a website. BCT’s goal is to help governments improve the availability of information and the quality of service to the public using e-Business technologies. BCT has successfully implemented various Government projects and has a dedicated team with it's focus on Government services.
Sanad Citizen Services: Sanad Citizen Services is over US$12 plus million worth, unique entrepreneur driven project, aimed to deliver over 26 Government and corporate services electronically over the web. Acquired in 2003-04, citizen services are now offered at 150 points across the country. Bahwan CyberTek manages the operations centrally through a secure Data Centre and with the software built by BCT in a “managed entrepreneurship” model. The philosophy of these Centres is

(Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & Business Transformation Management BTM)
BCT has entered the fast growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space, and the emerging Business Transformation Management (BTM) space, through innovative projects.
Contact Centre (BPO): For the first time in the region, a hosted IPCC based contact Centre offering tremendous operational flexibility has been set up. In the year 2003-04, a five-year contract was won from Gulf Air to run the contact center, worth over US$ 2 Million.
4th- Party Logistics (BTM): BCT has been awarded a 5-year contract worth about US$ 500 Million from Petroleum Development Oman to establish and run the logistics under the 4 PL system. This is a joint venture between Bahwan CyberTek and, Tibbett and Britten.
Training and Development
With a philosophy of “Opening minds, Creating opportunities” BCT have created a state-of-the art learning campus and strategically partnered with leading institutions.
In 2003- 2004, BCT has won an order worth US$ 7.38 Million, to train 910 Omani youth in the areas of Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services.
