Balaji Sundaram is the Chief Operating Officer for North America in BCT. He is responsible for formulating, planning and execution of growth strategies to expand BCT's business in the North America region.

The growth focus is around building long term customer relationships leveraging BCT's Cuecent range of products, solutions and services.

Balaji Sundaram brings over 19 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations. As a founding member of BCT, Balaji was instrumental in establishing BCT's business in North America and building a reputation of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence. A firm believer of Teamwork, he has built a strong leadership team to support BCT's growth objectives in North America.

Prior to BCT, Balaji served as a Sales Manager for HCL Infosystems in their Southern Indian operations. In this role he drove business for HCL's IT products and services from leading corporate establishments in India. He has won a number of awards and recognitions for his role in winning large and prestigious deals for HCL during his tenure.

Balaji holds a post graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and a graduate degree in Mathematics from University of Madras. He has participated in Kellog's School of Management's program on "Energizing people for performance". He is based out of BCT's North America headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts.
